1. Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as final sale.
- Opened software, digital downloads, or warranties.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you received a free shipping promotion, a deduction may be applied to cover shipping fees.
3. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we’ll gladly replace it. Please contact us at contact@showcameras.com within 7 days of receiving the item with photos and details of the issue.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
